letemcookletemcookThis policy governs livestreams on letemcook. It exists to keep streaming creative and open while keeping out illegal and harmful content. It is a living document and may change. This policy is part of the Terms of Use, and streaming is also subject to those Terms.
Streams containing any of the following are banned and may be cut immediately, with the creator's account and future access suspended or terminated.
No content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or grooms a minor, and no child sexual abuse material of any kind. No one under 18 may stream. We remove this content immediately, ban the account, preserve evidence where the law allows, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
Beyond the prohibitions above, we do not try to define all acceptable content, and some content many would call NSFW may appear. We reserve the right to decide the appropriateness of any content at our discretion and to moderate it accordingly.
Anyone can report a stream using the report control on the coin page. Reports are reviewed against this policy. Reports of child-safety or illegal content are prioritized and, where warranted, referred to law enforcement. Reporting in good faith helps keep the platform safe, and knowingly false reports may themselves be treated as abuse.
We enforce this policy at our sole discretion. A violation may result in the stream being cut and the creator's account and future access being suspended or banned. Our moderators work to catch violations but cannot catch everything, and failing to catch a violation does not waive our right to act on it later. We may remove any content that breaks this policy and refer illegal content to law enforcement.
We may keep recordings of streams for up to thirty days. We have no obligation to keep, provide, or make available any recording for any purpose, and we may shorten or extend this period at our discretion.
Mistakes happen. If you believe your content was removed in error and does not break this policy, you may appeal by contacting support at support@letemcook.fun. We review appeals but keep final discretion over whether content violates this policy.
