1 What we handle

2 What we do not do

3 How we use data

4 How we share data

We share data only with: service providers that run our hosting, infrastructure, and analytics; parties as needed to comply with the law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of letemcook and its users; and a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Providers are bound to use the data only for our purposes.

Anything written to the blockchain, including your address, transactions, and on-chain token data, is public, immutable, and outside our control. We cannot change, hide, or delete on-chain data, and neither can you. Do not put anything on-chain that you need kept private.

6 Third-party services

Wallets, blockchain networks, decentralized exchanges such as Uniswap, and analytics and infrastructure providers each handle data under their own policies, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

7 Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage to run the interface and measure usage. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the Platform may stop working.

8 Retention

We keep technical and off-chain data only as long as needed to run the Platform, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. On-chain data persists permanently on the blockchain.

9 Security

We use reasonable measures to protect off-chain data, but no system is fully secure and we cannot guarantee its security. You are responsible for the security of your wallet, keys, and devices. Any loss from a security event is subject to the limitation of liability in the Terms.

10 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, and restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EU or UK, these rights arise under the GDPR. If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal data. We cannot alter or delete on-chain data, which is permanent and outside our control. To make a request, contact us at the address below, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

The Platform is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

13 Changes

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Platform means you accept them.
